We check each and every single item, before final packing, so customers not get a chance to complain in any item. After that the
last stage of quality control is our Damage policy. What is Damage policy and why we introduces that, here we discuss it clearly:
Once the products reach to customers, we ask for a feedback, if any damage happens in transit. As we are sending our goods in
all part of the Globe, so due to the huge distance and some times for mishandling of courier companies, a very small amount of
damage can occur. In that case we protect our customers, by sending the replacement goods again to the customer.
Kindly note, to claim damage, you need to send us a photo within 3 days of goods received, otherwise we will not consider that
consignment as damage. MONEY WILL BE RETURNED BUT REPLACEMENT ITEM WILL GO TO THE CUSTOMERS IN TIME OF NEXT ORDER.
